Troubleshooting First
If your sauna stops working, contact us. Our expert diagnostics team will guide you through a few simple tests to identify the issue. Many problems can be resolved with quick troubleshooting.
No-Cost Replacements
If the problem can’t be fixed and the faulty part is covered under warranty, we’ll send you a replacement part at no extra cost.
Heating Elements/Coils
For Harvia and Huum electric heaters, the heating elements and coils come with a 1-year warranty. If replacements are needed after that period, they can be purchased separately. All other parts are covered under a 2 year manufacturer’s warranty.
Wood Burning Heaters come with a 2 years manufacturer’s warranty.
Residential Use
A 3 year warranty applies to the timber and roofing aspects of the saunas unless damage is caused by the customer.
Commercial Use
For commercial customers, the timber and roofing warranty is valid for 2 years.

We spent a lot of time researching saunas, initially putting off visiting Scottish Saunas as other online companies appeared cheaper. After visiting another showroom which we didn’t get a good feeling about and then finding some horror stories about some online companies, we visited Scottish Saunas showroom as we wanted the security of knowing it was a real company where we could get a hold of somebody if something went wrong, and we’d have the added bonus of being able to see the quality of the materials. We were so impressed in the showroom that we ordered straight away, well after an hour or so of trying to decide which style we preferred, while Callum was very patient at our indecision, and it was great that there was no sales pressure. They were extremely accommodating over the installation date as we needed some extra time to finish landscaping the area of the garden where the sauna was going, and Callum kept in touch to line up dates that suited us. It was great to see that the guys doing the installation respected the flooring and took their shoes off when working inside the sauna to ensure it didn’t get damaged. There were a couple of very minor teething issues, which Callum went out of his way to sort for us, and make sure we were happy. Customer service and after sales service have been first class, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. We had lots of questions at the outset and Callum at Scottish Saunas was happy to help navigate us through that minefield! We wanted an outdoor sauna with a powerful enough, yet energy efficient heater to heat quickly to temperature which for us is about 85-87 degrees which we could activate by smart phone app. We chose the patio XXS, a 2-man sauna with 9KW HUUM Drop UKU Wi-Fi controlled electric heater. We paid for the sauna to be delivered and constructed on site. The team arrived when they said they would and we are delighted with the final product. It is positioned on a wooden platform in our garden overlooking a beautiful view. The sauna itself is designed as a 2 man but is very spacious and can comfortably accommodate 3 people. The heater, thermometer and LED lights are activated by a simple App (which Callum talked s through how to install). It takes about 40 mins on a cold winter morning, to heat from zero to 85degres. It’s well made from robust and quality materials. We also have the sauna oils burner which is lovely as you can add essential oils to refueled your mood. Super easy to clean and maintain. The whole family loves using it. Super, honest, professional and reliable company to deal with in our experience. I would have no reservations recommending them.
