We’re Callum and Laura, and in 2023, we launched Scottish Saunas out of a personal love for saunas and cold plunges. We’ve long experienced how invigorating and beneficial regular sauna use can be, but despite Scotland’s similar climate to Scandinavia, sauna culture here has yet to fully catch on. Our goal is to inspire a Sauna Revolution across Scotland!
