Great service and a great sauna! Callum delivered it without any fuss and showed us how to get it set up, which was easy peasy. The fire was brilliant, and it was really comfortable inside. We chose to use Scottish Saunas following a visit to their showroom in Fife earlier this year.  From this first visit to the final installation, every member of staff we interacted with was well informed, friendly and professional.  Each of my queries were answered promptly and helpfully, giving me full confidence in the team.  The installation took 2 days, including the electrical work which we opted to do via Scottish Saunas’ affiliated electrician. We are so delighted with our beautiful sauna from Scottish Saunas. From the moment we met Callum and team in the showroom we were very well looked after - they were so knowledgable and their expert advice helped us choose our ideal sauna. Their communication was brilliant throughout and the team who came to build the sauna on site were super efficient and friendly. A great experience all round. We’ve had our sauna now for 4 months and the heat, build quality and comfort are all amazing. We love relaxing by the fire, spending family time and enjoying the health benefits. Scottish Saunas have been excellent to work with.  As our plans developed they were able to help us decide what would work and what would be best avoided. The end result is a robust, attractive, high quality, well constructed sauna which has sparked positive interest from locals and visitors. The lead time was perfect, and manageable from our end, allowing us to make our plans but not have to wait too long. We spent a great deal of time researching which type of sauna we wanted and who to purchase it from. We had lots of questions at the outset and Callum at Scottish Saunas was happy to help navigate us through that minefield! We wanted an outdoor sauna with a powerful enough, yet energy efficient heater to heat quickly to temperature which for us is about 85-87 degrees which we could activate by smart phone app.  We chose the patio XXS, a 2-man sauna with 9KW HUUM Drop UKU Wi-Fi controlled electric heater. We paid for the sauna to be delivered and constructed on site.  The team arrived when they said they would and we are delighted with the final product.  It is positioned on a wooden platform in our garden overlooking a beautiful view. The sauna itself is designed as a 2 man but is very spacious and can comfortably accommodate 3 people. The heater, thermometer and LED lights are activated by a simple App (which Callum talked s through how to install).  It takes about 40 mins on a cold winter morning, to heat from zero to 85degres. It’s well made from robust and quality materials. We also have the sauna oils burner which is lovely as you can add essential oils to refueled your mood. Super easy to clean and maintain.  The whole family loves using it.  Super, honest, professional and reliable company to deal with in our experience.  I would have no reservations recommending them.

We ordered a Sauna from Calum at Scottish saunas at the showroom in Glenrothes where they had the sauna we wanted on display. The guys were super helpful from ordering to installation and always answered my questions while getting used to using the woodburner. We use the sauna at least 3 times per week and couldn’t do without out it. Would recommend Scottish Saunas to any of our friends.
